How It Works

At Walker's Pet Cremation Services, we understand the heartache that comes with losing a beloved pet. During this difficult time, we offer several caring options for how to proceed. You can bring your pet to us directly, arrange for collection from your vet, or, if it's more convenient, we can come to your home to collect your pet. We can also arrange compassionate home euthanasia, allowing your pet to pass peacefully in the comfort of their own home. If you’d like to visit us beforehand, you just need to call us to make an appointment, and we will be here, ready to support you with kindness and compassion.

Our office operates during normal business hours, and outside of these times, we continue to provide on-call support to assist our customers whenever they need us. We understand that grief doesn’t keep office hours, so our dedicated team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer support when it matters most.

As you honour your pet’s memory, we offer a selection of caskets, urns, and memorials, each carefully chosen to reflect the love and bond you shared. Each option is individually priced to give you choices that feel right for you and your cherished companion.

    Each individual cremation includes a scatter tube for your pet’s ashes. As a small, family-run business, we are committed to delivering compassionate care and transparent pricing to support you during this difficult time.

  • Collection & Delivery

    We offer a personal collection and return service to ensure your beloved pet is handled with care every step of the way. You can choose to bring your pet to us directly, or we can collect and return them—and your beloved pet’s ashes—to you or your veterinary clinic. No courier services involved.

    Pet collection starts from £30, with fees varying by location.

    Pet Emergency Admission – Out of Hours

    We understand that loss can happen at any time. For pets who have sadly passed and are brought to us outside normal business hours, we offer an out-of-hours admission service:

    After office hours: £75

    After 10 PM: £100

    Please contact us in advance if possible, so we can be ready to support you during this difficult time.

    Same Day Cremation Services Available

    We understand how important it is for families to have their beloved pet back home the same day. That’s why we offer a dedicated same-day cremation service, carried out with dignity and care.

    Weekdays (Monday to Friday): £75

    Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): £150

    These prices are based on same-day cremations taking place during office hours.
    Out-of-hours cremation services are available — prices for these will be discussed with you at the time of admission, ensuring everything is clear and tailored to your needs.
